The MHS155UV is the ultimate in Dual Band VHF/UHF communications and built for rugged Australian and New Zealand conditions, making it ideal to communicate to and from the boat to land and is certified to meet the world standard JIS7/IPX7 waterproof level.
The unit includes CH67 (AUS) and CH20-23 (NZ) UHF CB, 80 Channels UHF-CB Transceiver (with CTCSS/DCS), busy CH lock out and duplex (at CH01-08, CH41-48 ). Other features include memory scan mode which allows channels to be saved to memory and monitored in quick succession plus dual watch for instant CH along with one regular marine/UHF channel plus emergency 16/67 Channel monitoring.
The VHF marine function has 5.0 Watt maximum TX output, international channels, dual and triple watch operation plus a weather channel key.
The UHF 80 function has 2.5 Watt Maximum TX output and includes 80 UHF Channels plus range extender (Duplex) capability.
